Senior Product Manager Business Digital Enablement

 

-Business Line: Regionalizacion International Banking Retail

-Unit: Business: Regionalizacion International Banking Retail

Misin:

Lead and execute the regional Digital Servicing portfolio, shaping the strategic direction, prioritization, and execution of high-impact initiatives across Mexico, Peru, Caribbean, and Chile. This role drives regional scale by identifying opportunities for standardization and regionalization, partnering closely with country Digital teams and cross-functional leaders to deliver differentiated customer experiences, accelerate business value, and strengthen the Banks digital servicing capabilities across the region.

 

Qu esperamos de ti?

 

Bachelors degree in information technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience may be considered for candidates with a strong track record in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Digital transformation leadership.

Demonstrated experience leading digital product portfolios, digital servicing initiatives, or technology-enabled transformation programs.

Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, stakeholder influence, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.

Proven ability to lead through complexity and deliver results across cross-functional, multicultural, and regional environments.

Deep sense of ownership, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to translate vision into execution with measurable outcomes.

Professional working proficiency in English is required.

Shapes product strategy through data, customer insights, and KPI performance, translating opportunities into a clear roadmap and high-value digital solutions.

Owns portfolio and backlog prioritization, making informed trade-off decisions that optimize investment, sequencing, and delivery of measurable outcomes.

Builds strong alignment across regional and country Digital teams, business partners, technology teams, and control functions to accelerate execution and sustain momentum.

Brings strong digital product judgment to challenge assumptions, evaluate alternatives, and influence scalable, efficient, and strategically aligned solutions.

Leads launch and adoption strategies that maximize customer uptake, market impact, and sustained value realization across the region.

Partners effectively with risk, control, and audit stakeholders, addressing observations with sound judgment and balancing innovation with disciplined risk management.

Integrates the Banks risk appetite and governance expectations into product decisions, execution practices, and day-to-day leadership responsibilities.

Promotes strong, effective operations in alignment with Scotiabanks Values, Code of Conduct, and Global Sales Principles, while reinforcing robust controls related to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions, and conduct risk.

Fosters a high-performing and inclusive environment through strategic clarity, collaborative leadership, and a strong focus on coaching, influence, and talent development.
