Full Job Description
Location: Hong Kong
Job Summary:
As a team player, you will be responsible for managing the investment process for real estate acquisitions in Hong Kong (and APAC region, when assigned). This would include deal sourcing, financial underwriting, due diligence, transaction execution and investment reporting. Your immediate focus will be on investment opportunities for new mandates, investment and asset management of existing portfolio assets. Your goal will be to maximize investment returns and develop client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify real estate investment opportunities through active deal sourcing
Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis on potential transactions
Prepare investment proposals and presentation materials
Conduct financial modelling to underwrite acquisition and work with consultants (including lawyers, brokers, valuers, etc.) and internal teams to perform necessary due diligence
Lead and coordinate transaction process/workflow for both acquisition and disposal of investments
Implement and execute asset management strategies of assigned assets by targeting income and capital growth
Review and manage performance of existing investments, including preparation of annual budgets and regular reviews of cash flows
Manage and build relationships with work partners, including JV partners, lenders, consultants and investors
Lead financing and refinancing events and identify funding solutions where appropriate
