Duties & Responsibilities Job Purpose Responsible in maintaining current monitoring templates that involve the company's asset holdings in order to inform and guide in the assessment of the General Accounts Team's portfolio actions. Responsible for improving General Account Teams asset monitoring and accounting processes by implementing more efficiently built templates Will work closely with General Account team in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of transaction booking related information and account balances. Key role would also be in assisting team with tasks related to the management of the General Account portfolios including but not limited to assisting in data gathering and document preparation. This will primarily be for initiatives involving credit research, the formation of trade recommendations and the presentation for local and board investment committees. Accountabilities Maintaining General Account teams asset monitoring templates while delivering updates and reports in a accurate and timely manner Preparation of investment transaction approval requests Qualifications - External Graduate of any 4-year Bachelors degree Candidates are encouraged to have at least 1-2 years of experience in Investment Operations or Accounting.
