Rothschild Martin Maurel recherche pour son dpartement des Ressources Humaines un(e) Assistant(e) Administratif(ve) Paie & RH.
Missions :
Intgr(e) au service Administration du personnel et Paie, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
Prparation des dossiers administratifs des nouveaux arrivants ; contrle des pices complter pour chaque dossier
Dclarations pralables aux embauches ; suivi des affiliations aux rgimes de mutuelle et prvoyance
Organisation et suivi des visites mdicales
Gestion des badges d'accs au restaurant d'entreprise
Commande, distribution et suivi du stock des tickets restaurants
Suivi des crations et rsiliations des accs informatiques des nouveaux arrivants
Contrles entre la paie et la mutuelle
Diverses missions administratives du service paie ou d'assistanat du service : courriers, organisation campagne de vaccination, suivi des mdailles du travail, commande fournitures
Gestion de la facturation du service
Profil :
Formation Bac+2 en assistanat / gestion administrative avec une spcialisation et/ou une premire exprience russie en Ressources Humaines.
Le/la candidat(e) devra faire preuve dautonomie, dune grande rigueur et dun sens approfondi de la confidentialit.
Il/elle devra disposer de capacits rdactionnelles, dun esprit de synthse, de qualits relationnelles et dun bon esprit dquipe.
La maitrise du Pack Office et notamment Excel est requise.
