You and your future


During this internship, you will accelerate the execution of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy and contribute to projects within an international corporate environment. As a valued team member, you will be engaging in current projects and participate in the teams meetings, work with various stakeholders, and have the opportunity to independently develop your own initiatives. You will support colleagues by gathering input, developing presentations, and realizing projects.

And afterwards? You will have gained experience in a complex organisation, worked on societal impact, and developed insight into strategic HR and organisational issues.

In short

  • You contribute to projects related to embedding equity and inclusion
  • You support data analysis and research, such as the Employee Experience scan, to increase diversity
  • You assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports
  • You collaborate with various stakeholders within and outside HR
  • You contribute to initiatives such as inclusive recruitment and onboarding

Practical information

  • Duration: Internship: 56 months (start September)
  • Hours per week: 36 hours (flexible)

During this internship, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself within Rabobank. You will learn how to work in an international and hybrid work environment and discover how to create impact on inclusion and organisational change.

About the team


You will join a team of 5 colleagues who are globally responsible for the DEI strategy and policy. The team advises HR business partners on increasing diversity and embedding inclusion and improves HR products and processes to make them fairer and more inclusive. In addition, we collaborate with international regions and Employee Resource Groups also known as diversity networks to further drive inclusive collaboration and creating more equitable opportunities.

You & your talent

  • You are in the final phase of your bachelors degree or pursuing a masters degree
  • You feel comfortable in a hybrid work environment and proactively connect with others
  • You enjoy working with various stakeholders
  • You have an interest in data analysis and research
  • You have an affinity with technology, such as AI, and how it can be applied in work
  • You are interested in topics such as diversity, inclusion, and organisational development
