As we continue to grow globally, were looking for an exceptional HR Operations Specialist to join our Sydney team and help deliver an outstanding employee experience through operational excellence, precision and continuous improvement.
This is more than a traditional HR role. Youll be at the heart of our people operations, partnering with colleagues across Australia, Singapore and India to deliver seamless HR services, support critical business processes and help build the scalable foundations that enable QRTs continued growth.
Your future role at QRT
- Deliver best-in-class HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding.
- Partner with employees and managers to provide responsive, high-quality HR support.
- Coordinate and validate payroll inputs, ensuring exceptional accuracy and data integrity.
- Support international mobility, employee transfers and visa processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve HR processes as we continue to scale.
- Partner with our global HR team on projects that enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency.

- Significant experience in HR Operations or People Operations within a dynamic, growing organisation.

- Experience using modern HR systems such as Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for improving processes.
- Outstanding communication skills and the confidence to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
- A high degree of professionalism, integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
