As a member of the Investor and Fund Administration Technology system team, you will participate in development efforts across investor capital acquisition, fund administration, client reporting and partnership accounting.
What youll do
You will develop and maintain technology solutions that support investor service and investor relation functions. Specifically, you will:
Design and deliver software enhancements and projects supporting Investor and Tax application technology
Work closely with business stakeholders to develop software solutions using test-driven and agile software development methodologies
Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration
Design cloud-based computing solutions to create scalable cloud native applications
Be responsible for system upgrades and features supporting resiliency and capacity improvements, automation and controls, and integration with internal and external vendors and services
Work with DevOps teams to manage and resolve operational issues and leverage CI/CD platforms while following DevOps practices within the team and projects
Continuously improve the platforms using the latest technologies and software development ideas
Develop close working relationships and collaborate with other technology teams to deliver cross-departmental initiatives
Whats required
5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on Node JS, React and Typescript technologies
Proven experience with front to back end to end design
Strong experience in design, optimization, and modelling within complex application landscapes
SQL development and debugging experience with relational databases
Experience with building micro services, Kubernetes based platforms, and AWS
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Commitment to the highest ethical standards
Nice-to-Have any of following:
Experience in the Finance industry and accounting knowledge.
Experience of building applications using Scala or Java.
Knowledge of messaging technologies Kafka, ActiveMQ, or Solace.
Knowledge and/or experience with CI/CD, Jenkins and Artifactory.
Experience architecting on AWS or other cloud provider for scalability and resiliency.
Knowledge of DataDog, Docker, Kubernetes, OCP

Work closely with business stakeholders to develop software solutions using test-driven and agile software development methodologies
Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration
Design cloud-based computing solutions to create scalable cloud native applications
Be responsible for system upgrades and features supporting resiliency and capacity improvements, automation and controls, and integration with internal and external vendors and services
Work with DevOps teams to manage and resolve operational issues and leverage CI/CD platforms while following DevOps practices within the team and projects
Continuously improve the platforms using the latest technologies and software development ideas
Develop close working relationships and collaborate with other technology teams to deliver cross-departmental initiatives
Whats required
5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on Node JS, React and Typescript technologies
Proven experience with front to back end to end design
Strong experience in design, optimization, and modelling within complex application landscapes
SQL development and debugging experience with relational databases
Experience with building micro services, Kubernetes based platforms, and AWS
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Commitment to the highest ethical standards
Nice-to-Have any of following:
Experience in the Finance industry and accounting knowledge.
Experience of building applications using Scala or Java.
Knowledge of messaging technologies Kafka, ActiveMQ, or Solace.
Knowledge and/or experience with CI/CD, Jenkins and Artifactory.
Experience architecting on AWS or other cloud provider for scalability and resiliency.
Knowledge of DataDog, Docker, Kubernetes, OCP
Knowledge of other database technologies (e.g. MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis)
