Were looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant / Coordinator to support the Business Development & Marketing (BD&M) leadership team at a global level.
This is a pivotal role at the heart of the function - ensuring leadership activity is coordinated, priorities are clear, and operations run smoothly across the UK, EMEA, and APAC.
What youll do
Youll act as a central point of contact for BD&M, supporting senior stakeholders and enabling the team to operate efficiently and effectively.
Executive & leadership support
Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
Prepare agendas, materials, and track follow-up actions
Support senior leadership with day-to-day coordination
Planning & coordination
Coordinate key meetings, planning cycles, and communication flow
Track priorities and ensure actions are followed through
Support reporting processes by gathering and collating inputs
Operational support
Manage expenses, travel, and logistics
Support budget tracking and finance processes (including Emburse)
Provide guidance on operational processes and administration
Team & function support
Act as a central contact point for BD&M queries
Support onboarding and induction tracking for new joiners
Maintain intranet updates and track team changes
Help ensure information is accessible and well managed
