Das erwartet Dich:
- Betreuung und Beratung der Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Herausforderungen vor Ort in Hamburg und telefonisch fr die anderen deutschen Standorte.
- Installation und Administration unserer Soft- und Hardware an den Arbeitspltzen.
- Untersttzung unserer globalen IT-Teams bei Projekten.

- Die Betreuung von Usern macht Dir Spa, der Umgang mit Beschwerden und notwendigen Eskalationen ist Dir vertraut.
- Adressatengerechte und empathische Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch fllt Dir leicht.
- Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und gleichzeitig hands on und fhlst Dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohl.
- Du passt gut zu uns, wenn Du eine Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich mit Erfahrung im IT-Support und eine ITIL-Zertifizierung hast.
- Du fhlst Dich im Microsoft- und iOS-Umfeld zu Hause und bringst hier fundierte Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit gngigen ITSM-Tools, idealerweise ServiceNow, mit.
