Student in Nordea (RPA Process Controller) (temporary position)

 

We are looking for a Student to support our Robotics Operations team by helping to monitor automated processes and support daily operations (part-time employment agreement).

 

About our team

 

Meet the Robotics Operations team. Our role is to make sure automated processes run smoothly every day and support business teams by keeping systems stable and reliable.

Main responsibilities in this role: 

  • Supporting daily monitoring and scheduling of automated processes
  • Assisting in managing robotic resources (e.g. virtual machines, user access, tools)
  • Helping coordinate and follow up on incidents and issues
  • Responding to basic requests and questions from stakeholders
  • Supporting testing and implementation of new automations and improvements

  • Good communication skills in English
  • Interest in automation, IT systems, or digital solutions
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset 

 

It would be ideal if you also have:

  • Basic knowledge of IT systems or tools
  • Experience from internships, service desk or support roles
  • Interest in or exposure to RPA tools (e.g. Blue Prism)
