Join Our Connected Clients Data Maintenance Team!

 

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Process Specialist (temporary position with the option to extend the term) to join our Connected Clients Data Maintenance (CCDM) team. In this dynamic role, you will work collaboratively with multiple cross-functional teams to bring this project to life and ensure its successful implementation.

  • Proactively gaining process knowledge to provide required service level
  • Handling routine task at the required level of quality and within time frame following guidelines/working instructions 
  • Work closely with team members and stakeholders across different departments to coordinate efforts, share knowledge, and achieve common goals
  • Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high-quality service delive
