Your role

Our team supports global product and packaging lifecycle processes by ensuring high-quality specification and master data management. Working closely with Innovation, Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Master Data teams, we play a critical role in enabling successful product launches, changes, and portfolio management activities.

As a Product Specification Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant product and packaging data throughout the product lifecycle.

Your tasks

  • Create, maintain, and update packaging specifications, material master data, and BOM structures in PLM systems.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of specification and material data.
  • Manage variant materials, PackSpec IDs, and BOM components, maintaining correct system relationships.
  • Review, validate, and release specifications and BOMs while ensuring data integrity.
  • Perform quality checks and data corrections to support a first-time-right approach.
  • Support product lifecycle activities, including new product introductions, changes, and delistings.
  • Maintain documentation, version control, and audit readiness in line with governance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor data quality KPIs, and drive continuous process improvement.

Your profile

  • 36 years of experience in Specification Management, Master Data, Supply Chain, Product Lifecycle Management, or similar areas.
  • Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or product-based environments.
  • Strong understanding of BOM structures, material master data, and product lifecycle processes.
  • Hands-on experience with PLM platforms, SAP, or other data and specification management systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in validating complex datasets and maintaining high data quality standards.
  • Understanding of regulatory, technical, and operational requirements related to product and packaging data.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary stakeholders, including R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Production teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • A proactive mindset, ownership attitude, and continuous improvement focus.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
