About our team

 

Welcome to the Documentary Credit Services PL Team 2 team. We add value by delivering best possible quality to our customers. We are a part of Trade Finance Department responsible for the Letter of Credit products and we have recently expanded our process by handling payments. As Customer Service Specialist & Advisor youll play a valuable role in learning the document checking process, effecting payments, creating improvements, new solutions and collaborating with our Nordic stakeholders.

What youll be doing

 

Main responsibilities in this role: 

  • Taking part in comprehensive Letter of Credit training
  • Checking Letter of Credit documents according to international rules
  • Checking compliance (sanctions screening, AML)
  • Next step will be learning Letter of Credit payments process
  • Enhancing the process and quality to improve process performance  
  • Working with multiple stakeholders in the Nordics

 

Youll join a team of motivated, self-driven and talented people. The role is based in d.

 

Who you are

 

Your background and skills include: 

  • Fluency in spoken and written English (at least B2+ level)
  • Ability to provide Lean solutions and take an active part in Continuous Improvement
  • Experience in Trade Finance area or banking would be an asset

 

It would be ideal if you also: 

  • Have an eye for details
  • Have an ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Have a structured and disciplined way of working
  • Are self-driven and have can do attitude
