We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Customer Service Advisor, based in Jersey

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be holding face to face appointments with potential and existing clients. Opening new accounts and products as well as servicing their needs. Delivering a personalised and friendly service every day. You will be the first point of contact for our customers; educating them to use our digital platforms, giving them a choice of how they wish to bank with us. Actively raising fraud awareness and identifying customers who may be in vulnerable situations determining the best was we can to support them.

This role will require you to be flexible, well organised and happy to work in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will have:

  • Passion for delivering superior customer service
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Previous experience in working in a customer facing environment
  • Previous office experience and IT literate
  • Previous experience in a banking environment would be an advantage.
