Job Description


This VIE role would be an opportunity to learn and demonstrate a variety of complex technical, analytical, marketing functions related to global trade business offered by Natixis;

The role would be exposed to typical responsibilities including, but not limited to originating new deal opportunities, reviewing and negotiating global trade business deal flow of term sheets, finance documents for bank and regulatory compliance and acceptability of terms and conditions, negotiation of standard import/export letters of credit, issuance of bank guarantees, and Korean export credit agency facilities;

Assist in onboarding new clients and renewal of existing clients from KYC perspective following the guideline of the bank;

Perform financial analysis of new and existing clients and assess the credit worthiness of clients for internal credit write ups;

Help prepare marketing materials to be shared both internally and externally in relation to global trade finance related products.

 

This position is only open to the candidates who are eligible to the Business France V.I.E program :

- French or European citizens

- Between 18 and 28 years old

- To be from a country other than the host country

- Graduated


Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience


We are seeking a candidate who has a background in the financial sector (including banking and asset management) is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or higher is required.
Work and academic experience and background in financial analysis strongly preferred and someone familiar with analyzing and understanding quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports are strongly preferred; 
Eager to learn and work in a global corporate and investment bank set up and a great team player with a positive attitude.
Attention to details, with critical thinking and strong problem solving skill;
Good communication skill, can influence people with positive impact, can handle difficult conversation;
Be flexible and adaptable to the change, with strong commitment with positive and proactive attitude towards challenge.
Based in Seoul, this role involves occasional client interaction in South Korea. Fluency in both Korean and English (verbal, written, and comprehension) is important.
