Job Description

You join the COO CIB department, and more specifically the GBO scope as a Middle Office Manager dedicated to Supply Chain Finance operations within the Trade Finance scope, within a team of 5 employees. 

Global Trade secures and finances its clients' international operations. You participate in the management of Natixis' risk exposure in Supply Chain Finance operations and support the development of this activity, which is central to the strategic plan and investments of the Global Trade business line.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• Manage the responsibility for a portfolio of files that you implement and monitor (borrowers contractual obligations, management of commitments and guarantees received, reporting, etc.);
• Be the guarantor of compliance with the decisions of the credit committee and the proper recording of commitment limits by signature (including in the context of banking pools and syndicated operations);
• Ensure the continuous monitoring of risk and collateral related to these financings (documentary collateral and, if applicable, analyze exposures according to changes in market prices on a daily basis) in compliance with the limits and ratios granted by the Risk Management;
• Ensure document collection and verification of counterparties' vetting (clients and banks);
• Actively participate in structuring projects around the Supply Chain Finance activity, particularly IT tool projects such as SCF and RMT.

As a manager, you are the privileged interface of the front office, whose issues and problems you understand, but also of other actors and stakeholders within and/or outside the bank. (back offices, Risk Department, Compliance Department, foreign platforms, etc.), with which you know how to communicate in the interest of the projects financed and the Bank.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education, you have at least 4 years of experience in a middle office or back office, on trade finance or financing products.

You master:
The techniques of trade finance or financing products;
The usual office tools;
Ideally, the management tools used by the middle and back office.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen; you are:
Sensitive to both risk control and commercial issues;
Even work as part of a team in an international environment.

You master English with a C1 level.
