Job Description

You will join the Chief Operating Office CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking) and more specifically the Business Management & Transformation team of the "Client Support Group" (CSG). This division is in charge:

• the administration of Natixis' third-party repository;
• vetting (KYC) and periodic review of Natixis clients; 
• transaction filtering;
• the analysis of funds within the framework of the Volcker regulations / bank segregation law.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• Carry out the management of consolidated staff;
• In connection with the members of CoDIR CSG, the international platforms and COO CIBs Financial Management, take charge of preparing the annual budget, monthly & quarterly business reviews, strategic plans and the preparation of presentations to senior management;
• Monitor budget consumption;
• Carry out the work of re-invoicing the costs of CSG;
• Produce annually the internal rebilling keys for Natixis CIBs businesses;
• Assess the costs to be rebilled to entities external to Natixis CIB: monitor the billing process, prepare the associated invoices, and prepare budgets and presentations for these entities;

• Develop and implement automated reporting and control solutions.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education, you have at least 10 years of experience as a management controller, ideally in the banking sector.

Do you have:
The development of budgets and forecasts;
The creation of automated reporting and control solutions;
The usual office tools, in particular Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level).

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, you are:
Rigorous and endowed with a good sense of synthesis, and you demonstrate analytical skills;
Force of proposal, organized and autonomous;
Able to explain and translate figures to your contacts, including senior management.

You are proficient in English with a C1 level.
