YOUR ROLE
Conduct market research and comparable analysis to support financial analysis.
Handle large volumes of Excel data and prepare business/MIS reports with value-added commentary for leadership reviews.
Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and reporting.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Work closely with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Manage accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and Revenue Recognition.
Track and manage KPIs with operations and business leaders.
Assess risks and controls across finance processes.
Streamline finance functions and support business needs within tight deadlines.
YOUR PROFILE
CA/CMA/MBA with 15+ years of experience in FP&A or Controllership.
Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, Accounting (GAAP/IFRS), and ERP systems.
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, formulas, and functions.
Strong analytical, data-gathering, communication, and presentation skills.
Good business acumen and understanding of market conditions and trends.
Experience working independently with finance and business stakeholders.
Experience working with and presenting to senior executives.
Prior experience as a Controller or in a similar role.Flexible, quality-focused, and passionate about learning and growth.
