POSITION AND MISSIONS

You will join the SRI (Socially Responsible Investment) Department, which is responsible for AEWs SRI policy, fund SRI strategy, development of operational tools, monitoring compliance with SRI procedures, and reporting to investors. The team is looking for a Intern: SRI Project Manager, Private Debt, Infrastructure and Corporate for an internship of 6 months from September 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be: 

  • Participate in the ESG analysis of investment opportunities presented to the investment committee;

  • Contribute to the various regulatory reporting (SFDR);

  • Monitoring compliance with infrastructure and corporate debt funds' ESG strategies and policies;

  • Contribute and participate in SRI committees;

  • Preparing responses to calls for tenders on ESG aspects;

  • -Take part in labeling work (several funds benefiting from the Greenfin Label);

  • Intervene on cross-functional assignments in collaboration with the Management team (deployment of the ESG rating grid, production of investor reports);

  • Contribute to the collection of data for the annual calculation of the carbon footprint of portfolios, the temperature trajectory in connection with our external data provider;

  • Contribute to the development of ESG methodologies and policies; 

  • Regulatory monitoring: analyze and monitor the evolution of reference frameworks in sustainable finance (SFDR, taxonomy, CSRD...);

  • Competitive intelligence: conducting benchmarks and identifying good practices adopted by the market players (products and sustainable investment strategies);

  • Participate in the selection of non-financial data providers and monitor data quality.
