Job Description

• Coordinate/complete the responses to the call for tenders by involving the various contributors and requesting the right experts in accordance with deadlines, in French and English

• Take charge of responding to due diligence questionnaires

• Populating and maintaining consultant databases

• Being a strong proponent on data analysis, dashboard.

• Keep the content blocks and the RFP library up to date 

• Update the standard questionnaires (Management company, fund, ESG)

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a BAC +4/5 level student, you are preparing a course in business school or engineering school with a specialization in market finance.

You know how to be proactive, to take initiatives;

You demonstrate intellectual curiosity and autonomy in managing the assigned tasks;

Finally, you have the ability to work in a team with an international dimension;

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
