Job Description

You are joining our Primary team within the Global Securities Settlement department, which is looking for a Securities Primary Manager (F/H), for an internship of 6 months from June 2026. 

The tasks of the team are as follows:

• Ensure compliance with legal documentation, particularly in the context of bank issues and syndicated (or non-unionized) issues on behalf of external issuers;
• Enrich, validate and confirm certain operations in information systems;
• Monitor the settlement/delivery of transactions on French and international markets (notably Euroclear Bank, but also the Italian, Spanish and US domestic markets);
• Escalate information and problems encountered with the relevant departments (middle, front, legal, accounting, etc.);
• Resolve disagreements on operations with counterparties (numerous contacts with counterparties, depositaries, paying agents, etc.);
• Perform the necessary reconciliations for the controls of this activity (follow-up on internal and external suspense);
• Develop activity monitoring reporting;

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be: 

• New Dispatcher role tracking in BAL;
• Identification of claims related to coupon delays and reimbursements;
• Identify and monitor the emissions of the new entity NCIBL;

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a Bac+4/5 level student, you are preparing a university or business school degree, with a specialization in Finance or Operations.

Do you have knowledge of securities?

You are responsive and rigorous;

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a very good ability to listen, with particular attention paid to customer relations.

You are recognized for your logical thinking, rigor and curiosity.
