Full Job Description
Your Team Responsibilities
The Client Services team provides product support to clients and prospects in relation to the Total Plan Manager platform.
The platform is an investment analytics platform for institutional allocators, with multi-asset class portfolios spanning private equity, hedge funds, public equity, and more. Clients leverage the platform to calculate performance, quantify risk, monitor exposures, model future cashflows, and plan their asset allocation in addition to other critical portfolio management activities.
Through hands-on training and exposure to the platform and relates MSCI solutions, the team gains valuable product and investment knowledge, while building client relationship skills.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Acquire a thorough understanding of the Total Plan Manager platform, as well as the rest of the MSCI Private Assets product suite, and how our products fit into client organizations and their processes
- Serve as an advocate for MSCI to the client, as well as an advocate for the client within MSCI
- Provide first-tier product support, addressing product-related inquiries from clients
- Maintain and develop client relationships by ensuring relevant platform and product related information is shared with clients, and by proactively follow up on issues raised
- Lead platform training sessions with clients and support cross-functional client engagements
- Coordinate with teams internally to help shape the product roadmap, validate platform behavior, and on other projects as needed
- Championing process changes to improve Client Experience and Efficiency
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 35 years of experience in finance, accounting, or investment management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and methodologies to clients and senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in handling data-driven tasks
- A self-starter with high motivation, accountability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams and cultures in a fast-paced, global environment
- Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably within financial services, with a proven ability to manage multiple client issues simultaneously and maintain focus until resolution
- Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity applications
Preferred
- Experience in portfolio analysis, performance measurement, or investment analytics
- Progress towards a professional qualification such as CFA, CAIA, CIPM, or FRM
- Experience in training, consulting, or client presentations
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Gainsight
