Your Key Responsibilities

What you'll do:

As a Sr. Associate, Client Service, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients maximize the value of MSCI's Private Assets solutions. You will:

  • Become a subject matter expert on the Private i platform and the broader MSCI Private Assets product suite.
  • Partner closely with institutional investors to understand their workflows, investment processes, and business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and resolving complex product and analytical questions.
  • Deliver exceptional product support and ensure timely resolution of client inquiries.
  • Build long-term client relationships through proactive engagement, regular follow-ups, and a consultative approach.
  • Lead platform demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and training workshops that help clients get the most from our solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to validate platform enhancements, influence product development, and advocate for client needs.
  • Act as the voice of the client within MSCI while representing MSCI as a trusted partner to our clients.

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 68+ years of experience in Financial Services, Investment Management, FinTech, or a related industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and new challenges.
  • Experience working with global teams and collaborating across functions and regions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Deep understanding of global financial markets and institutional investors.
Preferred qualifications:

Experience in one or more of the following is highly valued:

  • Portfolio analysis or performance measurement
  • Investment analytics or private markets
  • Client-facing roles supporting investment technology or financial software
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, CIPM, FRM, or an MBA
