Full Job Description
Your Team Responsibilities
Coordinate across different teams to get backlog deals fixed, updated and booked in our system. This includes setting up of new opportunities, help updating renewal opportunities, reviewing them against their existing contracts, requesting new contracts, processing existing and new contracts and ensuring revenue is being recognized correctly. Ad-hoc projects primarily for prospecting and documenting purposes.
The role requires to work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Legal, Revenue, Run Rate, Sales Enablement.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to review, update, and process backlog opportunities, ensuring they are accurately booked in internal systems.
- Create and maintain new and renewal opportunities, validating information against existing contracts and supporting contract creation and updates as needed.
- Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Legal, Revenue, Run Rate, and Sales Enablement teams to resolve booking issues, obtain required documentation, and ensure timely opportunity processing.
- Review contracts and opportunity data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper revenue recognition.
- Track outstanding actions, proactively follow up with stakeholders, and help drive opportunities to completion.
- Support ad hoc projects related to prospecting, documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Currently enrolled in 6th semester or later with availability to complete a one year internship.
- Previous internship or relevant extracurricular experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in completing assignments and handling data.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to team objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow structured processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including data organization, analysis, and reporting; familiarity with advanced functions is a plus.
- Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot is preferred, with an interest in leveraging AI to improve efficiency and support day-to-day work.
- Strong written and English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate professionally with internal stakeholders.
