Were seeking someone to join our team as an HR Coverage/Content Divisions Manager, to owns communications for Global Centers building engagement, visibility and alignment across locations while reflecting site-specific needs.
In the Corporate Communications department, we cultivate and protect the Firms powerful global brand and reputation, leveraging our resources across media relations, internal communications, philanthropy and digital strategy to ensure we present the Firm consistently in all that we do. This is a Director position within our Communications Job Family which is primarily responsible for the crafting and development of messages and programs aimed at the firms employees overall, as well as the firms Financial Advisors and Field Management. We provide editorial support and strategic guidance to business partners, liaise with the Firms businesses and departments and senior leadership on internal communications matters, and provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on communications.

What youll do in the role
Take accountability for completion of assigned deliverables.
Manage projects and initiatives with minimal supervision.
Continually look for ways to meet and exceed key business priorities, factoring in team/department priorities. -Independently drive the delivery of projects.
Contribute to discussions, actions, and projects in ways that lead to shared responsibility and shared success
Build and execute the communications strategy for Global Centers (Alpharetta, Baltimore, Montreal, Salt Lake City, Budapest, Glasgow, Bengaluru and Mumbai).
Partner with Global Centers leadership on engagement, visibility and priorities.
Coordinate with regional and central teams to ensure alignment, quality and consistent standards.
Support major initiatives, visits and high-impact moments with strong planning and execution.
Coordinate translation needs as required.
What youll bring to the role
Advanced understanding of business line and growing understanding of overall firm and competitive environment
Advanced understanding of discipline and some understanding of other disciplines
Proven ability to multi-task and deliver with minimal supervision
High level of professionalism with experience working with multiple stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team -- making informed decisions in a complex and fast-paced environment
Required: Demonstrated expertise working across groups coordinating multiple sites, leaders and partners.
Preferred: HR subject-matter expertise (or strong HR partnership experience).
Experience: At least 4 years experience in HR and/or employee communications or site/location communications, with experience supporting audiences across geographies.
Strong planning, editorial judgment and ability to scale communications across locations.
Comfort navigating competing priorities and moving work forward.
A do it right, do it simple, tech-enabled mindset.
