We're seeking someone to join our Valuation Control team as a Finance Insights & Innovation Associate.

Are you passionate about transforming complex data into meaningful business insights? Do you enjoy building interactive dashboards, creating compelling visualizations, and using technology to improve how information is delivered and consumed?

In this highly visible Associate-level role, you'll combine your expertise in Power BI, reporting, data visualization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to help deliver impactful insights to senior stakeholders. Working closely with colleagues across Finance, Valuation Control, Risk, Technology, and the Front Office, you'll play a key role in modernizing reporting processes and supporting data-driven decision-making across the Firm.

What you'll do:

  • Design and enhance engaging Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for Finance and senior stakeholders

  • Transform complex valuation, risk, and financial data into clear, actionable insights

  • Support the consolidation and reporting of firm-wide valuation information, ensuring accuracy and consistency

  • Create impactful presentations, management reports, and data-driven storytelling materials

  • Explore opportunities to leverage automation and AI technologies to improve reporting efficiency and insight generation

  • Partner with Finance, Valuation Control, Technology, Risk, and Front Office teams to develop innovative reporting and analytics solutions

  • Support governance, regulatory, and audit-related reporting requirements through robust controls and documentation

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and visualization capabilities

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

  • Experience developing Power BI dashboards and data visualization solutions

  • Strong reporting and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights

  • Interest in automation, AI-enabled solutions, and continuous process improvement

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting insights to a variety of audiences

  • Collaborative approach with experience working across business and technology teams

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for learning, innovation, and data-driven decision-making
