- Experience in financial planning and analysis, business performance reporting or cost management within a large and complex organisation, with experience in asset management or financial services viewed favourably
- A recognised finance qualification such as CA or CPA, alongside strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to generate meaningful business insights
- Confidence building effective relationships with senior stakeholders and communicating financial information clearly to support decision-making
- A proactive and curious approach to identifying process improvement and automation opportunities that enhance efficiency and reporting quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance detailed analysis with a broader commercial perspective; experience with Anaplan is advantageous
