- Strong understanding of modern marketing tactics including events, webinars, content, product-led campaigns and social or paid media
- Experience working in a commercial, operations, marketing or business-facing environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational effectiveness using structured methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or similar
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and follow-through with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams
- Experience with or exposure to workflow management and project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
- Drive execution and governance of end-to-end marketing campaign workflows including intake, planning, execution and measurement
- Own the day-to-day use and continuous improvement of workflow management tools such as Asana, including design, best practices and user enablement
