Full Job Description

As one of the first points of contact for new hires, this role plays a critical part in shaping the employee experience. The ideal candidate will be warm, approachable, engaging, and service-oriented, with a genuine ability to build trust, create positive connections, and represent HR in a welcoming and professional manner.

The HRBP Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Business Partner team across key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, reporting, and employment verification. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth and consistent employee experience while maintaining accurate employee data and supporting HR process execution.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding

  • Coordinate first-day logistics with hiring managers to ensure new hires are prepared for a successful start.

  • Partner with new hires and Corporate Real Estate Services to coordinate badge creation and access needs.

  • Send welcome communications to new hires and provide relevant first-day information.

  • Assign new hire pay groups in Workday and ensure onboarding data is accurately reflected.

  • Key presenter in New Hire Orientation.

  • Complete Form I-9 employment eligibility verification in accordance with applicable requirements.

  • Send first 30-day communications to new hires and managers as part of the onboarding process.

  • Schedule new hire check-ins for HR Business Partners to conduct.

HR Operations and Reporting

  • Complete employment verification requests in accordance with internal procedures and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in Human Resources, HR operations, administrative support, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and follow-through.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfort working with HR systems; Workday experience preferred.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, discretion, and responsiveness when handling employee information and HR processes.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Core Competencies

  • Highly organized and process-oriented.

  • Customer-service mindset with a focus on the employee experience.

  • Collaborative and responsive when working with HRBPs, hiring managers, new hires, and internal partners.

  • Reliable, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The expected base salary is $75,000.00. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, including but not limited to Medical, Dental and 401k that begin on day one of employment, successful candidates are also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
