Our Financial Management, People and Engagement team is responsible for strengthening risk management practices and ensuring robust control environments across our business. We work closely with stakeholders to enhance processes, improve accountability and support strong non-financial risk outcomes.

This is a 13 month contract position.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will support the delivery of a regulatory-driven improvement programme, focused on strengthening end-to-end risk and control environments. You will analyse processes and controls, identify opportunities for improvement, and work with stakeholders to embed effective and proportionate risk management practices. You will also coordinate delivery activities, support embedding the change initiatives, and help ensure consistent and high-quality outcomes across the programme.

  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to influence, coordinate activities and work independently in a structured and proactive way
  • Experience reviewing processes and control environments, with the ability to identify and implement practical improvements
  • Understanding of risk management frameworks and systems, with experience interpreting policies and applying them in a business context
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate regulatory expectations and data into clear, consistent and effective solutions.
