What role will you play?

As a Senior Project Manager, you will support the delivery of a strategic portfolio of technology initiatives, working closely with stakeholders across the business to achieve successful outcomes. You will lead and manage a range of projects of varying size and complexity, bridging the gap between business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered effectively. This role will see you overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning through to execution, while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and managing risk, scope, and delivery timelines.

- 6 -8 years' experience in technology project management, including leading large-scale transformation initiatives and managing multiple projects or programmes simultaneously
- Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches, with experience applying these methodologies across planning, analysis, and implementation phases
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, influence outcomes, and build relationships across a complex business environment
- Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams, manage third-party vendors, and deliver outcomes in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high-quality delivery
