What role will you play?

You will lead and support deal execution across growth-stage and pre-IPO technology investments, including investment screening, financial analysis, due diligence, deal structuring and transaction management. You will help drive the teams efforts in raising co-investment capital limited partners (both existing and new) to support the teams strong pipeline of investment opportunities.


In addition, you will work closely with senior stakeholders on investment decision-making and portfolio management activities, and gain increasing exposure to investor interactions and strategic relationship building across the sector. 

Longer term, there is scope to take greater leadership in deal origination efforts. The role offers the opportunity to progress towards leading deal origination efforts over time, including sourcing and developing proprietary investment opportunities.

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience across buy-side investing, growth equity, principal investment or technology-focused investment roles (open
     to candidates with a mixed background in buy-side and investment banking, particularly where strong transaction experience is evident)
  • Demonstrated track record of raising co-investment capital
  • Network of differentiated capital sources and the ability to influence decision makers
  • Strong understanding and interest in the latest technology trends and companies
  • Strong commercial judgement, excellent communication skills, and experience presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • A collaborative leadership style and willingness to lead a key function to support the global team
  • Qualifications in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or other relevant technical disciplines.
