- Proven experience in infrastructure or renewables valuations, capable of leading the end-to-end valuation processes from internal review and challenge through to independent valuer engagement, committee presentation and sign-off
- Proficiency with valuation methodologies (DCF, market comparables, income approach) and able to produce asset-by-asset valuation analyses and bridge commentary
- Adept at producing portfolio-level insights, including valuation driver and bridge analysis, market benchmarking, KPI tracking, and liquidity and allocation assessments
- Experience maintaining and enhancing management processes, framework and policies, such as valuation policies, controls and governance frameworks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and manage effective relationships across global, cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (financial modelling) and PowerPoint; experience with eFront, Workiva, or Aladdin is advantageous
