What role will you play?

This newly created role is a unique opportunity to build on your administrative expertise. You will support three Directors and their teams, taking on increased responsibility and developing your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Working alongside a team of experienced Executive Assistants, you will act as a key contact for your business areas. This is a chance to learn from senior peers while taking ownership of crucial support functions.

Typical responsibilities will include proactively managing diaries and coordinating meetings for three Directors, organizing the logistics for team events, training sessions, and client meetings, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new and departing team members during onboarding and offboarding, in addition to acting as a central resource and point of contact for the wider team.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Team Assistant or similar administrative support role.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, including some diary management and event coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
