- Experience in a risk management role within superannuation, funds management or wealth management, with a strong understanding of investment-related risks
- Knowledge of the Australian superannuation environment, including trustee responsibilities and relevant regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to assess and strengthen risk frameworks, policies and governance practices from a strategic and economic perspective
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present clear, insightful analysis and influence senior stakeholders with independent judgement
- A collaborative and proactive approach, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills; relevant postgraduate qualifications in finance, economics or risk management are highly regarded.
