What role will you play?

In this role you will help design intuitive and consistent experiences across a range of technology products, platforms and services. You will simplify complex technical processes, create end-to-end user journeys and work closely with product owners, engineers and business stakeholders to balance customer needs, business objectives and technical requirements. GTS Design is a small team with genuine reach: the services you will work on are used by every Macquarie employee globally, and there is little distance between a design recommendation and a delivery team acting on it.

What you offer

3+ years of experience in user experience and user interface design, ideally across enterprise platforms, internal tools or identity and access solutions
A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work, including research, recommendations and design decisions carried through to delivery
Proficiency with Figma, design systems and AI-enabled design tools
Experience working within cross-functional product or delivery teams across the full design lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery
Ability to solve complex business and technology challenges through design, with a collaborative mindset and confidence presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
