You will lead end-to-end design from discovery to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable, high-impact solutions. Using insights from user research and testing, youll develop wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs (Figma), while contributing to and evolving the design system to ensure consistency and accessibility. Youll also facilitate workshops and design sprints, champion design thinking, and play a key role in advancing design maturity across Risk Management Groups transformation initiatives.
