- 2-4 years' experience in credit risk, financial markets or a related field gained within a recognised financial institution
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to assess complex financial structures and exposures
- Working knowledge of equities, derivatives and financing transactions such as repurchase agreements or securities lending
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior colleagues and clients
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure
