In addition, you will oversee the development of severe but plausible scenarios and portfolio risk narratives, including macroeconomic, market, liquidity and idiosyncratic stress themes, translating these into clear insights for the business.
What you offer

- 8+ years experience in portfolio risk, balance sheet risk, capital management, stress testing or a related risk/treasury function
- Strong understanding of bank capital and liquidity frameworks and how stress testing informs regulatory and strategic outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to operate at senior levels, influencing outcomes and facilitating strategic risk discussions
- Proven people leadership experience, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Experience across capital markets, asset management, commodities or market risk is highly regarded.
