- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with 2+ years in an engineering leadership role managing teams in an offshore or global delivery model
- Strong hands-on experience in application development
- Proven experience implementing and supporting CyberArk PAM solutions
- Solid understanding of cyber security principles, privileged access controls, and identity security
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and automation
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage
- Strong people management, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on technical contribution with people leadership and delivery oversight
