- 5-7 years experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the people and culture or people experience domain
- Familiarity with data literacy, building business requirements, and testing approaches and execution
- Proven experience in business process mapping and design
- Familiar with agile methodology and tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with an outcome focused approach and strong attention to detail.
- Demonstratable stakeholder management skills.
