- Experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager, working closely with Product Owners and engineering teams.
- Experience with Investment Banking or Private Credit
- Proven experience applying Agile delivery practices and supporting Agile ways of working and experience delivering complex projects across multiple teams and global locations.
- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to guide teams in the adoption of Agile principles and practices.
- Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, delivery challenges and forecasting activities to support successful outcomes.
