Full Job Description
YOUR ROLE
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the adoption of Agile practices, removing impediments, and maximizing team performance. You will play a key role in promoting collaboration, enabling continuous improvement, and ensuring the effective application of Scrum principles to deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in Agile environments and Scrum teams.
- Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent).
- Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices.
- Experience working with software development teams.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills.
- Experience using Jira and other Agile project management tools.
- Ability to identify, manage, and remove team impediments.
- Experience monitoring and analyzing Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Portuguese (C1 or native level) and good English communication skills.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience leading distributed or multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience supporting complex digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.
- Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices.
- Relevant Agile, Scrum, Coaching, or Project Management certifications.
