What role will you play?

As a Regional People Experience Lead, you will manage teams across advisory and operational services, shaping how employees and leaders experience support throughout their journey with us. Translating people strategy into meaningful regional outcomes, overseeing service delivery and use data, feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement. You will also build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, champion the voice of our people and create an inclusive, high-performing culture where teams are empowered to succeed.

  • Significant experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams within human resources, people experience, shared services or a related environment.
  • Ability to design and deliver customer-centred services, employee journeys or operational improvements at scale.
