What role will you play?

As the Recruitment Team Lead, you will oversee a team supporting end-to-end recruitment for technology roles. You will partner closely with business-aligned People and Culture (P&C) teams and act as the first escalation point for technology-aligned recruitment queries for your broader team.
You will be responsible for executing the stakeholder management plan and managing a portfolio of senior roles across software engineering, data, cyber security, and technology leadership. You will be viewed as a subject matter expert in technology recruitment, staying closely connected to the technology talent market, including emerging skills, tooling, and hiring trends. You will proactively share market insights, reporting and data to support hiring strategies and decision-making.
You will set the standard for end-to-end recruitment delivery, guiding job family-aligned recruiters with process discipline, quality check-ins, and best practice. You will also play a key role in offer governance, supporting remuneration and reward queries, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality recruitment experience for Technology.

  • Extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on technology roles within complex, fintech, techco or financial services environments
  • Proven experience recruiting across a range of technology disciplines including software engineering, cloud, data, cyber security, and technology leadership roles (predominately up to a senior level)
  • Strong ability to build and execute stakeholder engagement strategies, partnering effectively with P&C, hiring managers, and senior technology leaders
  • Deep understanding of technology talent markets, including skill trends (e.g. cloud platforms, modern programming languages, DevOps, AI/ML), and the ability to translate these into hiring strategies
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to ensure alignment and consistent delivery across recruiters and stakeholders
  • Experience managing complex recruitment processes, including offer approvals, market benchmarking, and remuneration advisory for technical roles
  • Ability to provide data-driven insights, including real-time market intelligence and broader technology hiring trends
  • Experience delivering regular and ad hoc reporting on recruitment performance, metrics, and technology hiring outcomes
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes
