What role will you play?

As a Manager in FPE Transformation Assurance, you will play a key role in delivering and continuously enhancing the Project Assurance Methodology across transformation and change initiatives. You will conduct independent, risk-based assurance reviews, assessing project documentation, delivery performance and risk information to identify emerging risks, delivery challenges and opportunities for improvement. Through insightful analysis, reporting and stakeholder engagement, you will help ensure initiatives are managed in line with organisational standards and support stronger project outcomes across the transformation portfolio.

  • Experience conducting assurance reviews, with a strong understanding of project delivery, transformation, change management and risk management practices
  • Proven ability to assess project risks, issues and dependencies, analyse complex information and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to support decision-making
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes across a broad range of teams and leaders
  • Excellent planning, organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines
