- Experience conducting assurance reviews, with a strong understanding of project delivery, transformation, change management and risk management practices
- Proven ability to assess project risks, issues and dependencies, analyse complex information and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to support decision-making
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes across a broad range of teams and leaders
- Excellent planning, organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports, presenting insights and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across project environments
