We are looking for a Business Risk Manager to strengthen our Supplier Management and Risk Oversight team as part of Group Procurement. As Business Risk Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our risk models, practices and tools are conceptually sound, structured, correct, and appropriate for intended business use.

What youll be doing:
- Help ensure robust management of Nordea's Third Party risk
- Redefine risk models including models for information security, GDPR, ESG, concentration risk, aggregated risks and geopolitical risks
- Ensure that models and processes meet regulatory requirements and expectations
- Drive and participate in the implementation of DORA act on third party risk management
- Support improvements in the overall Nordea Procurement process as we view risk management as an integral part of supplier engagements
Youll join a team of experienced Third Party risk experts with strong risk management, procurement and data background. The team is part of Group Procurement and work in close collaboration with specialists across the Group. The role is based in Helsinki, Gdask/Gdynia, d or Warsaw.
Who you are
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are/have:
- Keen to propose and implement improvements to Third Party Risk Management framework
- Driver spirited with ambition to deliver timely and with high quality
- Excellent skills in spoken and written communication
- Past experience within procurement or risk management, preferably from a financial entity
Your experience and background:
- Full proficiency in risk management or procurement. Experience in risk management in relation to suppliers and partners (Third Party Risk Management) is considered valuable, however specific expertise is not a requirement
- Strong analytical skills, and capable of applying multidisciplinary methods
- Full proficiency in English language
- Academic degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Statistics or similar
