- Experienced Product Owner with a proven track record of managing high-volume, multi-stakeholder demand within platform or shared-services environments. Demonstrated ability to run effective intake processes, triage competing requests, and make prioritisation decisions with clarity and credibility
- Customer-focused approach that places application owners at the centre of decision-making. Strong understanding of delivery pressures, with the ability to advocate for customer needs in prioritisation discussions and drive predictable, frictionless outcomes from the cryptographic platform
- Proven capability to build and maintain a structured, actionable backlog for engineering teams, including well-defined user stories, clear acceptance criteria, early identification of dependencies, and prioritisation aligned to business value and risk considerations
- Experience facilitating key Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stakeholder reviews, dependency management across adjacent teams (such as Machine Identity and Secrets Management), and retrospectives focused on continuous improvement
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organisational levels. Capable of providing clear delivery commitments to application owners, explaining prioritisation decisions to stakeholders, and presenting concise delivery updates to senior leaders, including the CISO
- Comfortable operating in technically complex domains. Able to ask insightful questions, recognise when to engage subject matter experts, and translate technical constraints and considerations into clear, understandable business language
- Highly desirable experience within regulated financial services, security, or infrastructure platform teams, particularly in environments where demand significantly exceeds capacity and strong intake governance is critical to successful delivery.
