What role will you play?

As a Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with our ecosystem to provide Operational Risk advice and drive initiatives such as Risk and Control assessments and deep dives, acting as risk lead on projects (e.g. Data Under Governance, CPS230) and the risk approval process. In addition, you will be responsible for general Risk and Control Management including uplifts on new control creation and documentation, assessing risk ratings, advising on risk tolerances and reviewing and monitoring risk performance. You will be working closely with stakeholders of all levels, across various teams and product lines in Banking and Financial Services.
What you offer

- 4+ years experience in Financial Services, Banking or Professional Services
- Sound knowledge and understanding of core risk management practices and frameworks and strong risk mindset
- Excellent communication skills with a detailed orientated mindset alongside the ability to strategically problem solve
- Demonstrable experience in building and influencing stakeholder relationships.
