What role will you play?

You will provide compliance advice, monitoring and oversight to support our business. Working closely with front office teams, you will respond to regulatory enquiries, conduct monitoring and control reviews, and help maintain policies, procedures and training programmes. You will also contribute to regional projects and support the ongoing strengthening of our control environment.

What you offer

  • Demonstrated experience in Compliance within the financial services industry
  • Experience in regulated cash equities markets, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and market rules administered by KRX, FSS and KOFIA
  • Hands-on experience in regulatory reporting and filings within financial investment firms
  • Experience conducting compliance monitoring and surveillance, including employee personal account dealing reviews and gifts and entertainment reviews
  • Ability to work effectively with regional and offshore Compliance teams
  • Experience in managing, coordinating and maintaining compliance training programs and awareness initiatives for employees.
